This workout has been developed and tested over the years by Claudia J. Nizza and brings together her knowledge of and expertise in different disciplines. The one-hour long session, paced to music, awakens, strengthens, tones-up and rebalances every part of the body. The class is fit for those who want to have a better understanding of their capacities and build up their inner power, but also for those who have never exercised regularly.
